We Orthodox don't play these list games. It's not part of the Gospels. Please forward these to Roman Catholics.
I did think it seemed like a Roman Catholic thing when I saw it. But I found it at http://www.orthodoxnet.com/worship/occasionalprayers.html
It seems to me that love and self-denial will take care of almost everything on these lists.
But as for Orthodox not doing lists, well, the ew testament has a few for us to consider. Also, it seems that St. John of Krondstadt's preparation for confession is a long list of things to avoid.
