interesting list. I see many movies I've enjoyed myself on your list. Were these particularly picked out for a reason or were you given free reign to choose?
I echo Deb's question. "Big Night" is a favorite of my husband and me.
The doc didn't say what kind of movie to watch. He just said that I should not think about myself or let my mind wander to my problems. These movies are some that held my attention and kept me from thinking about other things. My thoughts are not good ones, lately. I pray and try to read good books but that doesn't hod my attention for very long. I have to keep startig the prayers over and over again because I'll be half way through them and not even know what I've said.
Matt,
If you get chance, watch a movie called Ushpizin.
It takes a little while to get going and to get used to the subtitles, but I watched it with my 13 year old daughter and we both really enjoyed the story about an observant Orthodox Jewish couple. We laughed, we cried, we rejoiced with them.
