This legalization, should it stand, will, of course, be used as the thin edge of the wedge for open persecution of Christianity. Preaching against homosexuality will eventually become an actionable hate crime. The equivalent to burning a pinch of incense to Caesar will eventually be the requirement to voice your wholehearted support of homosexuality. Homosex is such a grave sin against conscience, that its practitioners are driven to eventually erase any visible disapproval, and damn anybody else's rights.
Thank heavens that in the grand scheme, God will not be mocked.
